Application
Because of Noigen X 100 powerful wetting, detergent, emulsifying and dispersing properties, combined with stability to acids, alkalis, metallic salts and oxidizing and reducing agents at all temperatures, Noigen X 100 finds wide applications in a variety of industries viz.

Noigen RE 610A is a surfactant recommended for a broad range of commercial emulsion polymers for latex paints, adhesives, paper coating and textiles. 

TYPE: Anionic surfactant.

CONSTITUTION: Polyoxyethylene Alkyl Phenol Phosphate ester (CAS No. 68412-53-3).

FEATURES:1) Easily soluble in water, alcohol and forms transparent solution with foam.2) It has excellent emulsifying and dispersing power.3) It has excellent stability in the presence of high concentrations of alkalis and metallic ions.4) It is stable to long storage and does not develop any rancidity or discoloration.5) It is soluble in polar solvents such as perchloro ethylene, ethanol, carbon tetra chloride, xylene,etc.  It is dispersible in mineral oils, kerosene, etc.

APPLICATIONS:1) Noigen RE 610A is an excellent wetting agent. It is widely used as an emulsifier in the preparation of various synthetic polymers like acrylics, vinyl - acrylics and styrene - acrylics by emulsion polymerization process.  It is used either alone or in combination with other nonionic emulsifiers. Since the product is in its free acid form it is in-situ neutralized as sodium, ammonium or amine salt for use in emulsion polymerization.2) Noigen RE 610A is an excellent wetting and scouring agent for Textile pretreatment.

Shallol AN103P is mainly used as dispersing agent for water based systems. Shallol AN103P prevents pigment flocculation in weak acid, neutral and strongly alkaline mediums. Shallol AN103P is particularly effective at dispersing pigments and fillers. Viz: Titanium dioxide, Calcium carbonate, Talc, China clay etc.

TYPE:  Anionic polymer solution.
CONSTITUTION:  Sodium salt of a polymeric carboxylic acid in water (CAS No. 9003-04-7).

Product DPS-35 is an APEO based, anionic emulsifier used in emulsion polymerization. It is also a stabilizing agent for emulsions & dispersions.

CONSTITUTION:  Ethoxylated alkyl phenol sulphate, (CAS No. 55348-40-8).

Noigen PA 40 is a nonionic oil soluble wetting, dispersing and emulsifying agent. 

TYPE: Non-ionic surfactant.

CONSTITUTION: Alkyl aryl polyether alcohol (CAS No.68412-54-4).

FEATURES:1) It is soluble in butyl acetate, butyl cellosolve, vegetable oils, white mineral oils, Stoddard solvent, kerosene and commonly used aliphatic and aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents, dibutyl phthalate and isopropanol. Dispersible in ethylene glycol.2) It is an excellent oil soluble wetting and dispersing agent for grinding pigments in oil media.3) It is a rapid and thorough wetting and penetrating agent at very low concentrations.4) It is a power detergent and is extremely useful in removing oils, greases, waxes withoutredeposition on the soil. Its excellent rincibility even at low temperatures ensures thorough cleaning in shorter cleaning time.5) It has excellent antistatic properties.6) It is a good emulsifier for preparing W/O emulsion of aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is useful as a co-emulsifier to increase the emulsifying power of the emulsifier giving O/W type emulsions and  also as a coupling agent to increase their solubility in vegetable and mineral oils and solvents. 7) It is non-inflammable and non-irritant and has no disagreeable odour.

APPLICATIONS:It is used as oil soluble wetting and dispersing agent for the preparation of oil paints, inks and varnishes. Use of Noigen PA 40 helps to decrease the time of grinding and to give more stable formulations.Co-emulsifier and coupling agent to increase the efficiency of the emulsifiers giving O/W emulsions and increase their solubility in oils and solvents. In low concentrations it is a foam stabilizer in high foaming detergents, in high concentrations it is a defoamer in low foaming and cold water detergents.
